What is Tribal Festival?
Tribal Festival is a three-day dance event focused on developing and supporting dance art and tribal bellydance community. Festival include workshops and performance projects, Party, Gala Show and Bazaar.
When will the festival take a place?
Festival 2024 takes place May 17-19, 2024.
How can I buy workshops?
The booking windows opens:

How can I buy tickets for Party and Show?
All tickets will be available to buy in March.

WORKSHOPS
How does it work?
You buy workshops during the booking window. If you pay in two parts, the second part should be done till 31.04.2024
For studio leaders and teachers who wants to participate in workshops with their students we propose special conditions and bonuses. Please contact us. Group application must be submitted by e-mail tribal.festivals@gmail.com.
You able to book a different packages of workshops, Performance projects and single workshops (if will be still available).
Prepayment for participation in workshops is non-refundable.
You can donate or sell your workshops (same price or less) to others with a notice to the organizer.
Can I participate online?
There is only in person events on Festival.
Workshop and Performance Projects levels.
The levels are marked as open, intermediate and advanced.
Open level means no specific experience in tribal dance styles is needed, but dance experience is highly recommended.
Anyway you will be able to get a lot of information and inspiration from the open level workshops regardless of your level.
Intermediate level means you have some experience or knowledge level, stated in the description.
Advanced level means you have a lot of experience in tribal style dancing and performing on the stage.
For participation in Performance Projects will be accepted only intermediate and advanced levels tribal dance styles dancers.
Are there any other requests for the participants?
All dancers (in past, now and in future) are welcome.
Please remember that you attend at your own risk if you have any problems with health.
Please visit your doctor before attending a workshop.
In which language are the workshops taught?
We are the international Festival, so all workshops are on English.

Performing at the Gala Show and at the Tribal Party
How can I perform at the Tribal Festival?
Performance Application Forms open in each booking window. We process all applications after booking window will be closed and will answer you by e-mail.
Your chances are higher then faster you booking workshops and fill out the application form.

Gala Show
Our preference is a vivid and creative performance with unique ideas and requisite. The performance need to capture the essence of the selected theme and concept of the Gala Show.
Groups and Collaborative projects are really welcome.
We accept solos and duets from advanced and professional Tribal style dancers.
The quantity of performances is limited to action duration.
We appreciate your work and want to propose you some bonus for participants in the Gala Show:
Discount of 10% for workshops packs.
For team leaders we propose special conditions.
If you want to perform at the Gala Show it is mandatory for each member of the group and solo dancers (not team leader) to book at least 2 workshops or participation in Performance project.
It is possible to participate in Gala Show in several performances (for example Performance Project and solo).
Tribal Party
The Party will be with cozy atmosphere. There can perform all tribal style dancers.
The quantity of performances is limited to action duration.
If you participate in two or more workshops or Performance Project, you are free of participation fee.
Priority for workshops and Performance Projects participants.
Performing multiple times
If you want to perform multiple times, please fill Performance Application Forms for each performance. Performers with more workshop bookings for more performances will be prioritized.
Filling form
All details you will find in the performance application form. In the first booking window we just need basic information from you (name, style, topic, idea). You can change your answers. You will have to add all missing answers before deadlines.
You need to fill the performance application and book workshops in one booking window period!
Can you guarantee me a performance spot?
Yes, at the Tribal Party for the Really Early Bird and Early Bird Booking Windows. After these period it depends of quantity of free spots.
For Gala Show it depends on. We will accept your performance (group, trio, duet, solo), if your performance matches the concept and the rules of the Gala Show.
What kind of performances are welcome?
We accept tribal style performances (Tribal Fusion Bellydance, ATS/FCBD style, ITS etc.). We are Tribal Dance Festival.
When will I know if I got a performance slot?
The early bird catches the worm. After each booking window closes, we process the performance applications. You will get the answer via email.
What are the deadlines for performance information?
All deadlines you will find in Performance Application Forms.
Can I send you performance information via email (message, WhatsApp etc)?
Please don`t do this. We have applications forms for all information for all participants. So please, fill the forms. Also you will be able to update info in your form.
Will there be photos and videos of the shows?
Yes, there will be professional photo and video shooting during the event. Selected photo and video will be uploaded to open access. Performers will be able to purchase photos and video material of their performances in high resolution.
