What are Tribal Festival and Luna Tribal Fest?
Tribal Festival and Luna Tribal Fest are international dance events in Kraków focused on Tribal Fusion Bellydance and related styles.
Both festivals bring together workshops, performances, creative projects and the international tribal dance community.
Tribal Festival is the larger annual festival and includes workshops, Performance Projects, Tribal Party, Gala Show and Bazaar.
Luna Tribal Fest is a more compact festival format with workshops, Performance Projects and the Luna Tribal Show.
When do the festivals take place?
Luna Tribal Fest 2026: November 13-15, 2026
Tribal Festival 2027: June 3–6, 2027
Where do the festivals take place?
Both festivals take place in Kraków, Poland.
You can also join Luna workshops online.

How can I book workshops?
Workshop registration opens during specific booking windows.
Each festival has its own workshop selection, packages, prices and registration dates.
You can book workshop packages, Performance Projects and, subject to availability, individual workshops.
How can I buy tickets for the shows and parties?
Tickets for festival shows and parties are released separately from workshop registration.
Sale dates and availability are announced on the relevant festival page and social media.
Can I pay in two parts?
Selected workshop packages can be paid in two parts.
Your first payment reserves your place and, where applicable, your selected workshops.
The amount of the second payment depends on the booking window in which it is made.
Second payments can only be made during the designated booking windows.
The final payment deadline and exact amounts are stated on the booking page for each festival.
How can I buy tickets for shows and parties?
Tickets for festival shows and parties are sold separately from workshop registration.
Sale dates and availability are announced on the relevant festival page and social media.
WORKSHOPS
How does workshop booking work?
Choose your package or workshops during an open booking window and complete your booking online.
If your package includes a choice between different workshops, you select them during your initial booking.
If you pay in two parts, your original workshop selection remains reserved when you make the second payment.
Can I book individual workshops?
Yes, individual workshops may become available depending on remaining capacity.
Packages and Performance Projects may be available earlier than single workshops.
Are there special conditions for groups and studio leaders?
Yes.
Dance teachers and studio leaders attending with their students can contact us about group conditions and available bonuses.

What happens if I can no longer attend?
Cancellation, refund and transfer rules are explained in our Terms & Conditions.
You may transfer, give away or resell your place to another person according to the conditions stated there.
Can I participate online?
Yes, in Luna Tribal Fest workshops.
Tribal Festival is in-person event only.
What are the workshop levels?
Workshops are marked as Open, Intermediate or Advanced.
Open Level - No specific Tribal Fusion experience is required unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
Previous dance experience may still be recommended depending on the workshop.
Intermediate Level - You should have previous experience in Tribal Fusion or the specific technique stated in the workshop description.
Advanced Level - Designed for experienced dancers with a strong technical foundation and performance experience.
Please always check the individual workshop description before booking.
What level is required for Performance Projects?
Performance Projects are generally intended for Intermediate and Advanced dancers, unless otherwise stated in the individual project description.
Do I need to consider my physical condition before attending?
Yes.
Participants are responsible for choosing workshops appropriate to their physical condition and dance level.
If you have an injury or physical limitation that may affect safe participation, please take this into account when booking and inform the teacher where relevant.

What language are the workshops taught in?
Both festivals are international events.
All workshops are taught in English.

What is the concept of Tribal Festival 2027?
The concept of Tribal Festival 2027 is Pandora’s Box.
The theme is reflected in the artistic direction of the Gala Show and festival visuals.
GALA SHOW
How can I apply to perform at the Gala Show?
Complete the relevant Performance Application Form during the registration period.
Applications are reviewed separately from workshop bookings.
You will receive the result by email.
What kind of performances are selected?
The Gala Show is a curated performance program connected to the annual festival concept.
For Pandora’s Box, we are looking for performances with a clear artistic idea, strong visual or emotional character and a connection to the concept of the show.
Creative group projects and collaborations are especially welcome.
Solo and duet applications are accepted from advanced and professional dancers.
The number of performances is limited by the duration and overall composition of the show.
Do I need to book workshops to perform at the Gala Show?
Yes.
Each solo performer and each member of a performing group must book at least two workshops or one Performance Project, unless otherwise stated.
The team leader is exempt from this requirement.
Can I perform more than once?
Yes.
You may participate in several performances, for example in a Performance Project and in your own solo or group performance.
A separate application is required for each performance.
Do Gala Show performers receive any benefits?
Participants accepted for the Gala Show receive a 10% discount on workshop packages for the following edition of Tribal Festival.
Special conditions may also be available for team leaders.
TRIBAL PARTY
Who can perform at the Tribal Party?
The Tribal Party is an informal festival stage open to Tribal Fusion and related dance styles.
Applications are accepted while performance slots remain available.
Workshop and Performance Project participants receive priority.
Is there a participation fee?
Participants who book two or more workshops or a Performance Project do not pay a separate performance fee.
Any participation fee applying to other performers will be stated in the application form.
Can I perform more than once?
You may apply with more than one performance.
Please submit a separate Performance Application Form for each one.
Multiple performance slots depend on availability.
LUNA TRIBAL FEST
What is Luna Tribal Fest?
Luna Tribal Fest is a compact international Tribal Fusion festival in Kraków and online (workshops).
The program includes workshops, Performance Projects and the Luna Tribal Party.
How does workshop booking work for Luna Tribal Fest?
Workshop packages, Performance Projects and individual workshops are released according to the Luna Tribal Fest registration schedule.
Availability and prices are stated directly on the booking page.
Can I perform at the Luna Tribal Show?
Yes.
The Luna Tribal Show is open to Tribal Fusion and related styles.
Performance applications are submitted through the official application form.
The number of available performance slots is limited.
Do workshop participants receive priority for the Luna Tribal Show?
Yes.
Workshop and Performance Project participants receive priority when performance applications are processed.
Can I participate in a Performance Project and also submit another performance?
Yes.
You may participate in a Performance Project and also apply with a separate solo, duet or group performance, subject to availability.
PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS
Do I need a separate form for every performance?
Yes.
Please complete a separate Performance Application Form for each solo, duet, group or collaborative performance.
What information do I need when I first apply?
At the first application stage, we only need the basic information requested in the form, such as:

basic performance details.
Information that is not yet final can be updated later before the stated deadline.
Do I need to submit my workshop booking and performance application during the same booking window?
Where this condition applies to the specific festival or application round, it will be stated in the application form.
Can you guarantee me a performance spot?
For Tribal Party and Luna Tribal Show, applications are accepted while performance slots remain available.
Workshop and Performance Project participants receive priority.
For the Tribal Festival Gala Show, performance places are not automatically guaranteed. Applications are selected according to the Gala Show concept, performance level, available program time and overall composition of the show.
What dance styles are accepted?
Both festivals focus on Tribal Fusion Bellydance and related styles, including:

other related fusion approaches.
For the Tribal Festival Gala Show, the artistic concept of the performance is also part of the selection.
When will I know whether my performance was accepted?
Applications are reviewed after the relevant application period.

Can I send performance information by email, WhatsApp or private message?
Please use the Performance Application Form for all performance information.
This allows us to keep all performer details in one place and lets you update your information when necessary.
PHOTO & VIDEO
Will the festivals be professionally photographed and filmed?
Professional photo and video coverage may take place during the festivals, workshops, parties and shows.
Selected festival photos and videos may be published on festival platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Performers will receive separate information about the availability of high-resolution photos or video recordings of their performances.
