By making a purchase, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. 2. Booking Your Place A place in the selected workshops or program is considered reserved once the first payment or full payment has been received, depending on the payment option selected. If the package requires the participant to choose specific workshops, these workshops must be selected during the initial booking. When making the second payment, participants do not select their workshops again. The places selected during the first payment remain reserved. Places in individual workshops are limited. 3. Payment in Instalments If a two-part payment option is available for the selected product, the first payment reserves the participant’s place. The amount of the second payment depends on the booking window in which it is made. The later the second payment is made, the higher the amount may be, according to the published booking windows. Second payments can only be made during the designated booking windows. The final deadline for the second payment is stated on the relevant event or product page. After the stated deadline, any outstanding payment may only be accepted at the Last Chance price plus an additional 30%. 4. Right of Withdrawal The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase. After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the deposit / first payment made for participation in the training program or event is non-refundable. This provision applies subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the specific purchase. 5. Cancellation by the Participant After the applicable withdrawal period has expired, the deposit / first payment is non-refundable. If a refund is requested by the participant and is permitted under these Terms & Conditions or separately approved by the organizer, any non-refundable transaction or payment processing fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refunded amount. Therefore, in the case of a voluntary cancellation by the participant, any fees actually retained by the payment provider in connection with the original transaction or refund are borne by the participant. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law. 6. Transfer or Resale of a Place If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer, give away, or resell their place to another person. The resale price may not exceed the original purchase price. The organizer must be informed in advance of any change of participant by email. The new participant must meet any level requirements or other participation conditions stated for the selected workshop. The transfer is considered confirmed once the organizer has been notified. 7. Non-Attendance Failure to attend a workshop, festival, performance project, or other event does not entitle the participant to a refund. Missed classes are not compensated or transferred unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 8. Changes to the Program or Schedule The organizer may make reasonable changes to: - the timetable; - class times; - rooms or venues; - the order of workshops; - other organizational details of the event. Participants will be informed of any material changes. Changes that do not materially affect the purchased service do not automatically entitle the participant to a refund. 9. Teacher Replacement If a teacher is unable to attend the event due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer may: - provide a suitable replacement teacher; - offer an alternative workshop; - provide another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances. If the change materially affects the purchased service, the organizer will inform affected participants of the available options. 10. Cancellation of the Event by the Organizer If the event is fully cancelled by the organizer and is not rescheduled, the participant will receive a refund for the purchased service in accordance with applicable law. The organizer is not responsible for personal expenses incurred by participants in connection with travel, accommodation, visas, transport tickets, meals, or services purchased from third parties, except where such liability is required by law. Participants are therefore advised to book travel and accommodation with appropriate cancellation conditions or insurance. 11. Travel and Accommodation The registration fee includes only the services explicitly stated in the description of the purchased product. Travel, flights, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance, and other personal expenses are arranged and paid for independently by the participant unless expressly stated otherwise. 12. Promotional Codes and Coupons Promotional codes and coupons are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued. If a minimum purchase amount applies to a particular coupon, the coupon may only be used when this condition is met. For the €100 pre-registration coupon: - the coupon can be used for purchases over €100; - the coupon cannot be exchanged for cash; - any unused balance is non-refundable; - any unused balance cannot be transferred to a future purchase; - if the coupon is applied to a purchase with a value lower than the coupon amount, the remaining balance will be lost. If a participant chooses an instalment payment option and the first instalment is too low to use the full value of the coupon, they must choose the full payment option if they wish to use the coupon in full. 13. Performance Projects If a product includes participation in a Performance Project, the participant is required to follow the rehearsal schedule, teacher instructions, and organizational requirements of the project. Purchasing a Performance Project does not automatically guarantee participation in the final performance if the participant does not meet the project requirements, misses required rehearsals, or is objectively not ready to perform. Any additional conditions applying to a particular Performance Project will be stated separately. 14. Participant Level and Physical Readiness Participants are responsible for assessing whether their dance level and physical condition are suitable for the selected workshop. Participants with injuries, physical limitations, or conditions that may affect safe participation are advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional in advance and, where necessary, inform the teacher only of information relevant to training safety. 15.
